‘Hieronymus’, a collection of three miniatures for guitar, is based on secondary or detailed elements found in the paintings of Hieronymus Bosch (1450c – 1516). The work was completed in 2016, the year commemorating the 500th anniversary since the Dutch painter’s death, and revised in 2017.
